Deleting your Nurseplexus™ Account
For security and data ownership reasons, you will need to be able to log into your account and request deletion. If you can’t remember your password or username, go to the login page of your app and click on Forgot Password. We can’t delete an account for you because we respect everyone’s ownership of their data.
Before deleting your account, make sure you notify and contact the agency you are associated with. If that is not possible, then we can assist you in expediting the cancellation. Send an email to administrator@nurseplexus.com and we will try to assist you. Make sure you send an email coming from the email address that you used to open your account.
Permanently deleting your account
You can delete your account by going directly to your profile’s control settings. Follow these instructions:
- Tap on your profile picture in the top right to go to your profile.
- Tap User Account Details
- Tap Leave Agency or Deletion.
- Tap Delete account, then tap Continue.
After your account is deleted, you can no longer sign up again with the same username. You will need to sign up again with a different username and email address. But keep in mind that if you have performed services with an agency, all patient history associated with you are kept on record with the agency in accordance and still subject to the Nurseplexus’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy .We may also keep your information for things like legal issues, terms violations, or harm prevention efforts.
